Our Story
C&A Cheesecakes started out as just a little side hobby for each of us. Aron would make desserts for holidays- anything from pies, cookies, and got lost in cheesecakes. Curt made one cheesecake for a friend’s birthday- and then it became a very common thing for birthdays.
In 2018; we began our journey of becoming business partners and creating different flavors of Cheesecakes. C&A comes from “Curt & Aron”- and it just happens to look a lot like “CA”.
We are just two guys making Specialty Cheesecakes.
We bake out of Sizzle’s Kitchen, a Commercial Kitchen in downtown Redding, California.
