The Names, Faces, and Stories behind C&A Cheesecakes
Aron
He is the man with the creative flavor pallet. He is the one that will take any challenge for a flavor- and make it taste incredible. Enchilada, Three-Course Meal, Chocolate Lover’s, Old Fashioned… You name it- he will find a way to flavor it.
Aron has played around with a few different desserts. Cookies, pies, and cheesecakes- which he settled on.
He worked in the restaurant industry for 25 years and developed his pallet for food in that time.
Aron does more of the grunt work of the business- mixing filling, dishes, folding boxes, etc. The things that sometimes go unnoticed- but are needed to make everything happen.
Curt
He is the “beauty” behind the operation of C&A Cheesecakes. No, we aren’t saying he is better looking than Aron. He just happens to be the one that makes the Cheesecakes look so irresistible. Curt has always loved baking- even from a young age; he would bake cookies of all varieties, and even wrote “Curt’s Cookies” on a storage container with a sharpie.
Curt does the Social Media and most of the communicating with customers, and decorates the Cheesecakes.
This journey of learning how to bake cheesecakes has grown dramatically- from the very simple flavors and decorations to what we are doing now.
